Onsite orders

No matter your business type (bar, restaurant, etc.), RCH Smart Order allows your clients to place their orders all by themselves from a fixed location (table, room, beach umbrella…).

The client scans the QR Code assigned to his/her position.
The client selects the items that make up the order, including any variations.
RCH Smart Order collects orders from the Cloud and allocates them on the table and takeaway layout of your RCH/MCT cash system.

The client receives a link to your menu: you can easily share it on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, via e-mail, etc...
The client selects the items that make up the order, including any variations, and chooses his/her preferred delivery and payment methods (which include online credit card payments).
